Nature
Colorless crystals or crystal-like approach ramps block, odorless, salty and bitter. The relative density of 3.353 (25 ℃), melting point 730 ℃ (Micro decomposition), the boiling point of 806 ~ 812 ℃. Easily soluble in water, aqueous solution is neutral; soluble in ethanol, acetone and acid; slightly soluble in methanol, ammonia; insoluble in ether or chloroform. May form a salt with an alkali metal halide complex. Strong hygroscopicity.

Method
A ferrous bromide method: In a reactor filled with water , the iron was added , with stirring was added portionwise bromine , for reaction at 40 ℃ ferrous bromide , calcium hydroxide was added to adjust pH , heated to boiling and then cooling, separating and removing ferrous hydroxide , and the filtrate was evaporated , cooled to 30 ℃ standing, bleaching, filtered and evaporated to about 210 ℃, then cooling to prepare a calcium bromide .

Usage and dosage: Intravenous : 10ml / times , slow injection.
